**Office & Administrative Support Officer - EIT Manufacturing South**

**About the position**:
Milan, Italy / Hybrid Full-time position at the EIT Manufacturing, Impact Centre South - Milan, Italy

We are seeking a talented individual to provide comprehensive administrative support, manage accounting tasks, and assist our executive team. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Missions and key Accountabilities**:
**Accounting Support**
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and travel reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation and support the update of cost reporting file.
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors**.**

**Administrative Support**
- Support the Operations team in handling correspondence, meeting organisation and record-keeping.
- Assist with the preparation of agendas, reports, presentations, and other documents.

**Office Assistance**
- Liaisons with general consultants for legal, accounting and HR aspects.
- Support in everyday general office management

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Economics, Law or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent command of Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- 3+ years of experience in Operations or similar role.
