In qualità di Strategic Planning Associate sarai inserito all’interno della Direzione Generale e riporterai direttamente al Chief of Staff.
**Principali responsabilità**:
Implementazione (monitoraggio e follow-up) di progetti di trasformazione in diverse aree aziendali (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT e Prodotto, HR)
Revisione di processi aziendali in ottica di efficientamento e compliance
Supporto nella gestione di progetti con team cross-funzionali, provenienti da diverse aree dell'azienda e tra diversi Paesi (Verisure è presente in 17 Paesi in Europa e LatAm)
Partecipazione al processo di Budget e ai Piani Operativi di tutte le aree dell'azienda
Supporto diretto alla direzione generale nella preparazione di analisi e presentazioni
**Quali conoscenze ed esperienze cerchiamo**:
Laurea magistrale in ambito economico, ingegneristico e/o scientifico
3 o più anni di esperienza professionale in consulenza strategica o nell'area strategica di un'azienda
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Conoscenza dello spagnolo considerata un plus
