Key Responsibilities
As a Strategic Associate, you will lead cross-functional, critical, time-bound projects, bringing new business units from 0 to 1. You will also hire key business-oriented people, analyze investment opportunities, assemble dashboards & analysis for the CEO, and represent the CEO in meetings, taking minutes when necessary.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, be located near our HQ in Sant Cugat del Vallés, and be willing to travel to the US when required. You should have a general business background, knowledge, and interest, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thinking outside the box. You must be a true team player with amazing interpersonal skills, drive, coachability, and resilience, and be able to build strong and healthy relationships with other business units.
