Overview
At Community Health Partnership of Illinois (CHP), we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in expanding our publisher network and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
About the Role
We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in business development, specifically in establishing and managing publisher partnerships within the offerwall rewarded industry. You'll be responsible for identifying and negotiating with potential publishers, managing existing accounts, and developing strategies to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Publisher Acquisition: Identify, contact, and negotiate with potential publishers to secure new partnership deals.
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing publisher accounts by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies with our Marketing team to expand our publisher network and enhance our market presence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with a track record of successfully securing and managing publisher partnerships.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Ops teams.
- Excellent analytical skillset, including extensive hands-on experience in Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A strong ability to use data to inform decisions and drive results.
What We Offer
We're offering a permanent contract with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on actual experience and skills. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for business development, we encourage you to apply.
