Role Overview

Mystery Project is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive, Rome to spearhead external sales efforts and cultivate customer relationships across the hotel tourism industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives and market research.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hotel industry
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular sales visits, workshops, and exhibitions
- Research and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance and activities

Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hotel industry
- Strong understanding of customer portfolio management and CRM
- Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of Spanish and Italian is desirable
- Ability to work towards targets, with a clear customer focus and strong negotiation and communication skills
- Driver's license and personal vehicle are required for travel
