About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Allen Recruitment Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development activities, including customer pipelines, presales meetings, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Technical sales of Smart PV Solutions and Energy Storages* Promote solution and products to customers (Webinar, meetings, etc.)* Respond to queries from distribution partners, EPCs (Energy, Procurement & Construction) and installers* Technical requirements, market analysis and suggestions for the product roadmap for France* Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization* Support to project bidding by preparing BOM/quotation* Execution of internal business development processes by following SOP

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience as a Business Development / Sales Specialist in Solar / Photovoltaic / Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) for enterprise / large-scale customer service / customer delivery* Familiar with energy industry and eco-system partners* Skilled in using Word, Excel & PowerPoint* Native Italian speaker and Business English (B2)
