About the Role:

Solar N Plus seeks an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in France. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the solar photovoltaic industry.

  1. The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve the company's annual sales targets.
  2. He/she will maintain close business communication with Chinese companies and negotiate professional business agreements.
  3. Good command of English and local language is required to conduct business negotiations.
  4. The Manager will break down and set up sales targets according to the company's annual sales plan and market quotations.
  5. He/she will execute the sales plan, adjust and evaluate it regularly to ensure the accomplishment of sales targets.
  6. He/she will be responsible for developing new client acquisitions, summarizing available opportunities, and providing feedback on market dynamics.
  7. Regularly, the Manager will keep up-to-date with competitors' actions, including product information, sales strategies, and prices.
