We are seeking a highly skilled Sales & Revenue Executive to join our team at Desío Charming Hotels. As a Sales & Revenue Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing sales strategies across our boutique hotels in Rome and Milan.
Key Responsibilities:- Distribute and manage electronic sales channels
- Map and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue
- Analyze and create sales reports to inform business decisions
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients
- Maintain accurate sales data in our database
- Proven experience in sales and revenue management
- Strong knowledge of pricing dynamics and sales analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Fluency in Italian and English
