About the Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you'll be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth for your territory. You'll identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to close business and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and qualify sales pipeline opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to close business
  • Build strong relationships with customers to deliver value
  • Work independently and with the team to up-sell and cross-sell
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS software technology to enterprise clients
  • A consultative and value-based approach to selling open source software
  • Domain expertise in retail, finance, or telco sectors
  • A deep understanding of the sales cycle
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A proven track record of achieving targets and objectives
  • Italian and English language proficiency
