Job Description
Director of Revenue Management

Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specializing in hospitality profiles, is seeking a Director of Revenue Management. Our client, a prestigious hotel, offers contemporary wellness experiences, exquisite dining, and stylish accommodations. With state-of-the-art MICE facilities, the hotel caters to discerning leisure guests and business travelers.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing total revenues and profitability associated with guest rooms and meeting rooms. Strategic expertise in pricing, positioning, and inventory management is essential. The Director of Revenue Management will develop sales strategies, identify new revenue opportunities, and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and evaluate revenue strategies
  • Oversee pricing, positioning, and inventory management
  • Develop sales strategies and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Communicate pricing and sales strategies to stakeholders
  • Analyze data and identify trends and obstacles to revenue goals
  • Generate reports and updates on booking patterns
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding and experience in Revenue Management. Fluency in both English and Italian is required. International experience or international group experience is preferred. Strong RM expertise in MICE, Corporate, and Leisure Segments is essential. Action-oriented with a drive for results, analytical skills, and technical expertise are also required.
