We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hotel Revenue Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability across multiple hotels.
About the Role

You will develop and implement strategic commercial plans to drive revenue across all segments. This includes monitoring results and adjusting strategies to ensure objectives and targets are met. You will also chair weekly revenue meetings to collaborate with hotel teams on revenue management, sales, and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to drive revenue growth
  • Chair weekly revenue meetings to collaborate with hotel teams
  • Monitor competitors' products and revenue management practices
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party partners
  • Oversee channel management including rate loading and inventory management

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Revenue Manager in a hotel or cluster environment
  • Technical skills, including experience with systems such as Opera Cloud PMS and Ideas G3 RMS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
