Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new business partners in the Corporate & MICE market segment
  • Manage Back Office activities and sales activities to maximize sales across revenue streams
  • Collaborate with the Revenue and Convention Sales departments to manage and track individual customer requests
  • Cross-sell opportunities for Leonardo Hotels Italy
  • Conduct daily sales calls and evaluations with partners and represent the hotel chain in various events and exhibitions
  • Produce accurate and timely sales reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent education
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Sales field in Hotel Industries or related professional area
  • Guest service background preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in Italian and English (verbal & written)
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
