Sales Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new business partners in the Corporate & MICE market segment
- Manage Back Office activities and sales activities to maximize sales across revenue streams
- Collaborate with the Revenue and Convention Sales departments to manage and track individual customer requests
- Cross-sell opportunities for Leonardo Hotels Italy
- Conduct daily sales calls and evaluations with partners and represent the hotel chain in various events and exhibitions
- Produce accurate and timely sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent education
- At least 2 years of experience in the Sales field in Hotel Industries or related professional area
- Guest service background preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Italian and English (verbal & written)
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
