Reserve Sales Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reserve Sales Executive to join our team in Rome. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our top-end On-Trade customers, driving the distribution and sales of our premium spirits brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and segment outlet universes within assigned territories
- Drive distribution of Diageo brands through partnership opportunities and activation agreements
- Implement executional standards and prioritize sales drivers for relevant outlet categories
- Supervise in-outlet performance and execution levels, identifying and driving corrective actions as needed
About You
- Proven sales experience in the On-Trade channel, with a strong track record of achieving targets
- Excellent commercial relationships and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence customers and drive win-win outcomes
- Executional attitude, with a focus on delivering results and pursuing additional opportunities
- Flexible communication style, with the ability to adapt to different buyer types and preferences
- Quick learner, with the ability to absorb skills and knowledge quickly and apply them in a fast-paced environment
