About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Reserve Sales Executive in Rome. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with top-end on-trade customers, driving the distribution of Diageo's premium spirits brands, and implementing executional standards to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and segment outlet universes within assigned territories
  • Drive distribution of Diageo brands through partnership opportunities and negotiation of pouring, distribution, and activation agreements
  • Implement executional standards, including priority sales drivers and promotional activities, to meet sales targets
  • Supervise and measure in-outlet performance and execution levels

About You

  • Proven sales experience in the on-trade channel, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent commercial relationships and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible communication style
  • Quick learner, with a willingness to absorb skills and knowledge quickly
