Project Development Manager Italy

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of utility-scale solar projects in Italy. You will work closely with project stakeholders, including landowners, project developers, and grid operators, to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure land rights agreements and negotiate with landowners
  • Interact with internal professionals in technical design, financial modeling, and grid connection
  • Ensure projects progress through the permitting process
  • Conduct legal and technical due diligences prior to project acquisition

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of project development experience in the solar energy sector in Italy
  • Experience in land securing, permitting, project assessment, and grid connection processes in Italy
  • Good understanding of regulatory aspects in Italy
  • Flexibility to travel in Italy when needed
  • Good commercial acumen and team working skills
