Soltec Power Holdings is a leading company in the photovoltaic energy market, and we are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Manager to join our team.

As a Project Development Manager, you will be responsible for actively participating in the development of photovoltaic projects in Italy, working closely with public administrations, and supervising and coordinating all aspects related to the performance of external collaborators involved in project development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure land for photovoltaic plants and interconnection facilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of external engineers regarding studies and designs necessary to obtain relevant authorizations
  • Coordinate interaction between external collaborators and Soltec departments involved in development activities
  • Keep internal control and monitoring systems up to date, ensuring periodic reports are correct in terms of content, time, and form
  • Attend and lead project monitoring meetings with partners
  • Ensure control of the project budget and keep project cash forecasts updated
  • Carry out correct document management of the project, in view of third-party due diligence processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Industrial/Telecommunications Engineering or similar
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in similar positions
  • English C1
  • Experience in development management of photovoltaic projects in Italy
  • Experience in the Photovoltaic sector
  • Legal knowledge (Public Administrations)
  • Experience with Project, PMP
