Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Location: Rome, Italy. Hybrid

Job Description
- The _Medical Sales Representative _promotes and sells medical products to healthcare professionals, educating them on the benefits and features of these products. They build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they stay informed about new products and industry trends. The role involves extensive travel and meeting sales targets._

Key Responsibilities
- Implement Sales / Direct Sale plans and processes to maximize sales opportunity through promotion and sale of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers
- Track and monitor lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
Implement and execute Sales / Direct Sales processes and policies ensuring product/brand sales volumes and profit targets are met
- Collaborate on Sales / Direct Sales activities informing customers of new product/service introductions and prices

Skills & Qualifications
- _ Previous experience in sales, particularly in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, is highly valued. Understanding of medical products and terminology is crucial._
- _ Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and healthcare providers_
- _ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and a strong understanding of sales processes._
- _ Intermediate English needed._
- _ Excellent Communication Skills_
- _ Customer Service Skills_
