Jr Sales Operation Support Specialist Direct Markets

La risorsa, inserita all’interno della struttura Direct Markets della Divisione Dermoestetica di IBSA ed a diretto riporto del Commercial Manager Direct Operations, parteciperà attivamente allo sviluppo ed alla delivery di progetti e attività di marketing operativo e vendite, a supporto delle filiali europee.
In modo particolare la risorsa si occuperà dello svolgimento delle seguenti attività:

- Gestione e monitoraggio degli step operativi dei progetti, assicurando il pieno contributo da parte delle Funzioni aziendali coinvolte.
- Verifica del rispetto delle procedure interne e della compliance nell’organizzazione di progetti di marketing operativo e vendite.
- Implementazione ed elaborazione di report finalizzati a determinare l’esito sia qualitativo sia quantitativo delle attività svolte.
- Organizzazione di eventi educational di prodotto per i Paesi di competenza.
- Supporto alla Direzione nell’individuazione di aree di miglioramento dei processi operativi.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea.
- Esperienza di almeno tre anni in contesti internazionali.
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Conoscenza dei canali di comunicazione offline/online.
- Ottime capacità organizzative e problem solving.
- Predisposizione al team working ed alla collaborazione.
