Stiamo lavorando con un'importante realtà multinazionale di Alba del settore dolciario per la ricerca di un/una:
**Responsabile Food Quality System**

La posizione prevede un'esperienza internazionale in **BELGIO **ed ha la finalità di definire regole chiare e good practices realitive all'ambito Food Quality, sulla base di linee guida definite dalle regole del gruppo ed enti esterni. La persona dovrà organizzare e sovrintende gli audit interni ed esterni, al fine di garantire la corretta applicazione delle relative procedure.

**Responsabilità**:

- Assicurare la predisposizione e il mantenimento di tutte le certificazioni relative alla qualità: certificazioni standard di Gruppo (ISO9001 e FSSC22000), certificazioni richieste da clienti e autorità locali;
- Garantisce la pianificazione e l'esecuzione degli audit interni;
- Garantisce la pianificazione e la gestione delle azioni correttivi come conseguenza degli audit, sia relativi sia alla Qualità di Gruppo che al Plant (stabilimento produttivo e relativi magazzini);
- Monitora gli indicatori di processo e assicura la raccolta centrale dei dati relativi a questioni di qualità, certificazione e sistema di gestione;
- Monitora i KPI e gestisce l'avanzamento dei piani di azione, riportando la reportistica al Plant Manager e all'Operations Teams, nonché alle Direzioni Centrali;
- Crea il manuale qualità e le procedure di Stabilimento, le istruzioni di lavoro e gestisce la documentazione sulla qualità di Stabilimento;
- Garantisce la formazione agli auditor interni di Plant;
- Si assume la responsabilità delle attività di formazione del personale su tutte le tematiche legate alla qualità;

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Tecnologie Alimentari
- Consolidata esperienza in qualità, metodi di controllo qualità in contesti produttivi strutturati (come multinazionali)
- Provenienza da settori di Food & Beverage o Farmaceutico
- Esperienza di 5-7 anni nel settore;
- Ottima conoscenza del francese; buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di qualità (normativa e legislazione);
- Competenza in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP è un plus;
- Solida esperienza di procedure standard e protocolli di audit;
- Comprovata conoscenza della gestione del cambiamento;
- Grandi capacità organizzative e relazionali;
- Capacità di gestire sistemi di certificazione e audit interni ed esterni;
- Facilitare riunioni o gruppi di problem solving;
- Possedere capacità di analisi e sintesi;
