**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a talented **Plant Food Safety and Quality Manager** for our Alba (CN) plant.

Covering this position, you will implement all the necessary guidelines to **manage the overall Food Safety & Quality **within the site, according to the policies and procedures defined by Group Food Safety & Quality.
You will also activate all necessary levers to **guarantee and monitor Food Safety & Quality for products, production processes and Supply Chain**, aligned with the “New Product Full Mix” standards and by Group Food Safety & Quality, ensuring compliance with all the standards of Food Safety and hygiene in Food industry.

**Main Responsibilities**:
You will run all **Food Safety improvement initiatives** and** risk preventing actions/risk assessments**, according to CAPA methods.
Your role will encompass ensuring proper technical support to production and accurate collection of industrial FSQ KPIs.
Managing human resources involves** coaching and training employees** on safety measures and prevention. You will also be the** manager of a team of people**, fostering our **Group values**, **diversity and inclusion**, and competence development.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your **Scientific Master’s Degree or PhD**, preferably in **Biology, Chemistry, Food Science/Technology** or similar and your **minimum 10 years of experience** in Quality roles within **structured Food Companies**.
Your leadership, team management, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills will be key for us. Moreover, your** international mindset **and your ability to interact with different levels of stakeholders, fostering cross-functional collaboration, complete your asset.

Available to **international business trips**, you will leverage on your** fluent level of English**, together with your fluent Italian.
