- Installation Specialist.**
**L'Installation Specialist** è un esperto di macchine da stampa digitali e/o flexo e dell'installazione di tali apparecchiature.
Questo ruolo fornisce supporto tecnico per l'installazione ai clienti e lavora a stretto contatto con il proprio supervisore, colleghi e clienti interni per garantire uno scambio costante e accurato di informazioni tecniche.
**L'installation specialist **si assume la responsabilità di fornire un eccellente servizio di installazione ed è flessibile con il cliente. La capacità di seguire tutte le attività e i progetti con tutti i clienti interni ed esterni è un'aspettativa chiave di questo ruolo.
**Responsabilità principali**:
- Garantire la soddisfazione del cliente.
- Installazione e messa in servizio di nuove macchine.
- Escalation di problemi ricorrenti.
- Ottimizzazione, standardizzazione e miglioramento continuo dei processi.
- Guidare il progetto di installazione in loco dall'inizio al SAT firmato. (Site Acceptance Test).
- Sondaggi NPS (Net Promoter Score) dopo l'installazione
- Sostenere le azioni per garantire un ambiente di lavoro sicuro per il personale trasferito, mitigando i rischi.
**Qualifiche richieste**:
- Forte background meccanico, di processo e/o elettronico
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in Field Service/installazioni.
- Buona conoscenza di MS Office
- Team Player e buon comunicatore
- Orientamento al servizio clienti
- In grado di lavorare sotto pressione
- La conoscenza fluente della lingua locale e dell'inglese è obbligatoria. Qualsiasi altra lingua sarà considerata un vantaggio
- È richiesta una patente di guida valida
- Disponibilità a recarsi presso la sede del cliente a livello locale o all'estero (stimato 70% di giorni di viaggio all'anno).
- Conoscenza dell'automazione
- Pregressa esperienza di servizio in piattaforme di stampa digitale (preferibilmente tecnologia Inkjet) e tecnologia di stampa flessográfica è considerata un plus
