**Operation & Logistic Manager**

**Mission**:
L’Operations & Logistics Manager, a diretto riporto con l’Operations&Logistic Director (Italia e Spagna), ha la responsabilità di gestire il team Operation & Logistic (16 persone), nonché lo svolgimento delle funzioni logistiche correlate che operano a livello globale in Italia, ovvero:

- Il Centro di Distribuzione Regionale
- Le piattaforme logistiche in outsourcing
- L'area di ispezione e Kit Building
- I servizi di demo e di formazione

L'obiettivo è quello di fornire un servizio end-to-end & best-in-class con focus sul cliente, interno ed esterno, garantendo elevati livelli di disponibilità e servizio, mantenendo il magazzino e i costi in linea con il budget.

Il Manager dovrà garantire non solo le prestazioni sulle strutture esistenti, ma anche i progetti di trasformazione in fieri e la prevista crescita in relazione ai volumi.

**Responsabilità**:

- Supportare la strategia di Customer Logistics per l'Italia nell'area Logistica e kit Operation. Ciò richiederà la **revisione operativa di tutti i processi, le procedure, i metodi e gli strumenti per soddisfare gli obiettivi di prestazione del dipartimento in oggetto**.
- Declinare la strategy dell'area logística nell'ambito delle Operations Italia.
- Gestire un budget di Local Logistic (6 - 8 milioni di euro/anno).
- Costruire relazioni efficaci ed efficienti con clienti esterni e interni in linea con le esigenze del Country Manager e della funzione Customer Logistics.
- Costruire e mantenere relazioni collaborative e costruttive con tutte le altre funzioni aziendali, promuovendo le opportunità miglioramento in tutte le aree di azione.
- Giocare un ruolo attivo nel team operativo europeo nei progetti di Change Management, che hanno lo scopo di implementare le aree di Logistica e Assistenza clienti con processi **'Top Class'**, con conseguente aumento della soddisfazione del cliente, aumento dell'efficienza, contenimento dei costi e ottimizzazione del magazzino. Fondamentale per questo sarà l'identificazione di KPI appropriati e la condivisione delle Best Practices che promuovono l'efficienza e la produttività del Team assegnato.
- Gestire il team logistico assicurandosi che i migliori talenti siano inseriti, gestiti e coinvolti, portando l’ambiente di lavoro per la squadra ad alti livelli di motivazione in modo da soddisfare e anche superare le aspettative aziendali.
- Garantire e svolgere un ruolo attivo nella definizione dei KPI logistici come, per esempio: l'accuratezza dell'inventario, i livelli delle scorte, il servizio clienti (on time in full), la produttività, l'efficienza, la qualità, etc.
- Garantire che le soluzioni di trasporto più efficienti in termini di costi vengano utilizzate in ogni momento, rivedere regolarmente i contratti e reperire nuove soluzioni quando necessario.
- Svolgere un ruolo attivo nella definizione e nella gestione del budget affidato, compresa la gestione degli organici, il trasporto merci in uscita, il riutilizzo della strumentazione in collaborazione con i PM, la forza vendita e i clienti. Saper fornire dettagliate giustificazioni dei costi ai livelli superiori.
- Assicurarsi che vengano intraprese le azioni appropriate in linea con la normativa, in caso di blocco del prodotto, richiami, ecc.
- Garantire che la ISO 9001 e ISO 15001 siano rispettate e che i processi e tutte le attività all’interno del team siano documentate ed eseguite nel rispetto delle ISO, i processi dovranno essere rivisti regolarmente e modificati in linea best practice, novità normative e nuove iniziative. Garantire l'accuratezza dei dati nei sistemi aziendali utilizzati e gestirne le discrepanze. Garantire un ambiente di lavoro confortevole e sicuro.
- Conoscere perfettamente le politiche, gli standard e le attività aziendali relative ai programmi di conformità.
- L'area Warehouse and Kit Operations si interfaccerà con tutte le principali funzioni aziendali (Sales, RA/QA, Finance, etc.) onde realizzare tutte le attività chiave a livello locale, paneuropeo e/o interdivisionale.
- Essere responsabile di tutte le aree di attività del magazzino e della logística rivolta al cliente (comprese le merci in entrata, le merci in uscita e i resi dei clienti) e delle operazioni di kit operation.
- Il lavoro sarà misurato in base ai KPI operativi e finanziari, come menzionato sopra, ad esempio On-Time-In-Full o altre metriche relative ai servizi, riduzione dei costi, trasporto in uscita, gestione del budget, entrate operative, coinvolgimento del team, miglioramenti dei processi e della produttività.
