About the role
- Are you looking for a Human Resources management role that leverages your business partnering expertise and allows you to shape cultural change? If so, this HR Business Partner temporary role could be an ideal opportunity to explore._
- This role will primarily be supporting the people and culture agenda for Italy and across the Southern Europe BU as needed._
- The role will report to the BU HR Head and be part of the Southern Europe BU HR team. The HRBP Italy will have a good understanding of the strategic priorities of the BU, as well as HR and alignment of operational activities._

Key responsibilities
- _ Diagnose the need for and manage key people-related projects aligned to business strategy across talent management, leadership development, culture (including Employee Engagement), capability and organizational performance._
- _ Deployment of the global talent management strategy & processes, including use of data and analytics, to develop a diverse leadership pipeline and succession to key roles._
- _ Accelerate future capabilities/address capability gaps delivering a plan in support of the business strategy, with an active involvement in strategic hiring projects._
- _ Supporting Learning and Development projects, as well as change management activities_
- _ Build employee engagement by leveraging global frameworks and resources, partnering and coaching leaders to build an inclusive and high performing team environment._
- _ Be an active member of the Haleon HR Community, building internal networks and relationships across the organization._

Qualifications and skills
- _ Minimum 4-6 years of experience in HR Business Partnering and/or supporting a business unit or function, with a proven track record of building and delivering an HR agenda that fuels business performance and organization development._
- _ Managing HR Projects, tracking key project milestones, deliverable and metrics aligned to HR objectives._
- _ Experience with and strong understanding of key HR processes (e.g. recruitment, performance management, talent management etc)._
- _ Experience working with data to create insights and diagnose future talent/culture risks and opportunities._
- _ Experience of being a driver of change management initiatives, culture development and engagement programs._
- _ Experience working with and influencing multiple senior stakeholders within the business and in a matrix HR function._
- _ Preferred previous experience in Industrial Relations and Unions._
- _ Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law or related combination of education and experience providing the required knowledge, skills and abilities._
- _ Fluent in Italian and English._
