- Supportare il processo di pianificazione per la direzione Ingegneria, attraverso la pianificazione dei progetti e la verifica mensile degli scostamenti rispetto ai budget.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Svolgere il ruolo di focal point per l’area di pianificazione Ingegneria;
- Sviluppare lo schedule di dettaglio dei progetti sui quali concorrono le attività di Ingegneria;
- Monitorare ed aggiornare periodicamente lo stato di avanzamento delle attività;
- Supportare il processo di misurazione dei KPI, in particolare dell’OTM (On Time Material) e delle relative cause associate ad eventuali ritardi di schedule;
- Effettuare analisi relative al controllo di gestione evidenziando i gap tra quanto consuntivato dalla struttura e quanto pianificato a budget;
- Presentare i dati aggregati relativi alle analisi sullo schedule (CP, Bottle neck, criticalities), ed analisi del workload dei singoli progetti nelle riunioni settimanali di direzione;
- Interfacciarsi con gli enti amministrazione-finanza e Risorse Umane per le tematiche relative ad Ingegneria, quali ad esempio: revisione delle anagrafiche, aggiornamenti su head count, analisi di capacità, analisi dei costi della direzione.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Management Engineering

**Qualifications**
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nell’ambito di contesti industriali avanzati;
- Conoscenza delle principali tecniche, metodologie e strumenti di pianificazione (con particolare

attenzione alla pianificazione attività di sviluppo/ingegneria);
- Capacità di analisi e valutazione critica degli scenari produttivi e di sviluppo del prodotto;
- Conoscenza delle principali metodologie e best practice del project management;
- Conoscenza della suite Microsoft Office;
- Conoscenza del tool MS Project;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
