**Le tue mansioni**
- Pulizia di attrezzature del bar e del ristoranate e lavaggi effettuati in modo sicuro e responsabile
- Pulizia delle aree di lavoro
- Controllo dell’inventario di bicchieri, posate e strumenti operativi.
- Applicazione della normativa vigente in materia di igiene e sicurezza alimentare
- Applicazione degli standard del marchio e le politiche e procedure dell’azienda o dell’hotel
- Gestione spazzatura seguendo le norme richieste dalla legge

- Comprensione dell’organizzazione e standards di cucina nell’hotellerie di lusso

- Conoscenza della lingua italiana

Questo ruolo richiede il rispetto degli standard di garanzia della qualità. Questo ruolo richiede anche la capacità di spostare e sollevare oggetti del peso fino a circa 20 kg. Inoltre, dovrai essere in grado di protenderti ad altezze superiori alla testa ma anche inferiori alle ginocchia, oltre che di piegarti, eseguire movimenti di torsione e stiramento, chinarti e spostarti su superfici irregolari o inclinate. Si richiede inoltre la capacità di stare in piedi, seduti o di camminare per periodi di tempo prolungati e di garantire un aspetto professionale in una uniforme pulita.
