**Role Purpose**

The Statutory Analyst supports the statutory processes, ensuring accurate reporting of financial information to all users of information in accordance with Sandoz Standards and policies as well as statutory requirements.
- The Statutory Analyst will be responsible for the organization and execution of activities in the assigned accounting area, in order to provide relevant records, quality and timely information to fulfill the needs of process management and decision-making, in accordance with the law, internal regulations, Good Practices, and business objectives as well as on development of the processes internally and with Local requirements and unification and development at IT solutions including new software implementation leading.**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Interacts proactively with all functional areas to ensure appropriate accounting, financial reporting and settlement of revenue matters is accomplished.
- Coordinate with local entity and outsourced activities to provide seamless service.
- Monitors Sandoz agents’ provision.
- Reporting and creation of analyses and preparation of financial reports with clarifications.
- Assistance at Execution of assigned statements of accounts according to requirements of local legislation and Sandoz Group.
- Manage the cash forecasting activities.
- Support bank guarantees process in coordination with Group Treasury in connection with internal functions and bank.
- Support the statutory accounting and reporting requirements. Active involvement in the internal/external audit of the statutory accounts.
- Proactively reviews accounts to ensure all financial transactions are valid and recorded to ensure accuracy of reported data.
- Ensure all processes, policies and procedures are clearly defined, fully documented, in line with Sandoz standards and consistent with best practices.

**Minimum requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or similar degree
- 3-5 years’ financial experience, preferably in Big 4 public accounting, healthcare industry or large corporation with shared service concept
- SAP knowledge
- Languages: English & Italian are both mandatory
