**Overview of the role / Descrizione della posizione**:
To support the implementation of the Global Communication Plan (internal and external) with a special focus on events and exhibitions.

**Reports to / Riporta a**:
GLOBAL COMMUNICATION MANAGER

**Main tasks / Responsibilities - Mansioni/Responsabilità**:
To support the organization of internal and external exhibitions and events: assisting with creative decisions, supporting in logístical and administral issues, coordinating suppliers, helping in set-up and coordination of participants/guests, collaborating witht the team in order to collect all the communications materials needed.

**Communication - Comunicazione**

50% INTERNAL - All the internal stakeholders

50% EXTERNAL - Suppliers, Press; Clients

**Education required for the role - Titolo di studio**

High School Diploma as a minimum; Preferably University Degree

**Foreign Language knowledge - Conoscenza lingue straniere**

Fluent in English is an essential requisite.

**IT Knowledge - Conoscenza Information Technology**

Strong knowledge of main IT systems.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Altre conoscenze, competenze e abilità**

Good analytical skills and ability to gather information when this is poor or lacking

Excellent and effective interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Teamworking

Good problem solving and ability to find out solutions

Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi
