**About the role**:
At the moment we are looking for an **Internal sales** in the Hybrid Cloud Businees Unit with main focus on **Vmware solutions**.

The person will be experienced in **building excellent customer** and v**endor sales relationships** through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge.

The internal Sales Specialist will be experienced in **generating new business opportunities** by planning outbound calls to customers and in having a **general conversation around a solution/product area**; always in the direction of achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.

**RESPONSABILITIES**:

- Proactively develop relationships with **key internal** and **external contacts**:

- ** Engages in active inside selling** by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes
- Manages customer **backorder** and Reportalong specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing"
- ** Manages project end-to-end** or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements
- Provide, sell and negotiate **product information**, **pricing,** **special offers** and **promotions**:

- ** Drives sales of specific products**/ vendors if specific knowledge is required
- Generate and own a **pipeline of deals** in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- ** 1-2 years** of experience
- Numerate with good **attention to detail**:

- Excellent **telephone manner **and Effective Communication Skills
- Priority management and planning skills
- Strive to achieve **set targets**:

- Understands **Sales Process**:

- ** IT industry knowledge** would be desirable but not essential
