**Responsabilità Principali**
- Supportare il team nello sviluppo di una forte Value Proposition consolidando il Core Value Dossier, le esigenze degli stakeholder, l'ambiente locale e le priorità del marchio per garantire un adeguato accesso nazionale e regionale per il portfolio dei prodotti Oncology.
- Supportare lo sviluppo della strategia di accesso al mercato per ottimizzare i rimborsi per il portfolio dei prodotti Oncology utilizzando le competenze di team cross functional, la conoscenza delle esigenze di HTA e dei Payers, nonché delle esigenze del business.
- Supportare il team Value & Access nello sviluppo di strategie di accesso innovative e scenari di prezzo per garantire l'accesso al portfolio dei prodotti Oncology come da programma.
- Valutare e rispondere alle esigenze di **HEOR **per i dati locali, studi e approccio economico al fine di affrontare l'HTA secondo i requisiti dei Payers e di supportare il lancio del portfolio dei prodotti Oncology.
- Monitorare il mercato competitivo e comprenderne i cambiamenti al fine di anticipare i rischi e le opportunità per il Market Access.
- Collaborare con il BT al fine di raccogliere le esigenze aziendali e tradurle in progetti e strategie innovative.
- Ideare progetti/soluzioni su misura da realizzare a livello nazionale/locale, in stretta collaborazione con MKA field.
- Lavorare con il team MKA per creare il “Payers engagement plan”.
- Fornire input sulle esigenze dell’affiliata al team Area/Global MKA e HEOR da considerare nello sviluppo dei materiali MKA e HEOR.
- Supportare il Value & Access Manager nel guidare i team cross funzionali per la definizione e la preparazione di:

- Dossier P&R e rapporti HTA per l'accesso a livello nazionale.
- Dossier Regionali/report HTA per l'accesso a livello regionale
- Collaborare con il team Market Access di field e cross funzionali per eseguire strategie e tattiche di accesso.
- Supportare il team Value & Access in tutte le fasi della gestione del ciclo di vita di un progetto; fissare obiettivi chiari e misurabili per ogni progetto; supportare i membri del team di progetto per allineare gli obiettivi del progetto con quelli funzionali.
- Educare e formare RSM/KAM sulla value proposition, gli strumenti e i programmi sviluppati a supporto dei prodotti AbbVie.
- Sviluppare relazioni di lavoro efficaci e positive all'interno delle funzioni di BT e MKA sia interne che esterne.
- Partecipare periodicamente agli in-field meetings e alle visite in-field con gli stakeholder, insieme a RSM/KAM, per identificare/discutere tematiche chiave.

**Qualifiche**
- Laurea in materie economiche o scientifiche.
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel Market Access
- Conoscenza della policy HC in Italia, P&R e dei payers
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.
- Conoscenza solida di MS Office.
- Eccellenti abilità comunicative
- Conoscenza delle metodologie e dei modelli HE / HTA / RWE (BIM, Dashboard).
- Capacità di proporre una Value Proposition innovativa e per supportare tutto il ciclo di vita del prodotto dall'accesso alla manutenzione.
- Capacità di anticipare i cambiamenti che incidono sull'accesso dei prodotti e di tradurre le dinamiche nazionali/regionali in opportunità e rischi nazionali/locali.
- Capacità di mappare in profondità, aggiornare e interpretare lo scenario sanitario e di identificare in anticipo il potenziale impatto su AbbVie.
- Capacità di collaborare con tutti i membri di BT e di lavorare per obiettivi comuni / Agire come punto di riferimento nel ciclo di vita del prodotto.
- Capacità di adattare lo stile di comunicazione, di personalizzare i messaggi e di tradurre informazioni complesse spiegandole in termini semplici ai diversi stakeholder interni ed esterni.
- Capacità di portare a termine progetti e iniziative e di monitorare costantemente i risultati.**
