**Ruolo**:

- gestione anagráfica clienti
- supporto alla forza vendita composta da circa 50 Account
- gestione resi e reclami
- gestione note di credito
- interfaccia e supporto diretto al cliente
- interfaccia con la logística e il magazzino per fornire informazioni puntuali al cliente in merito all'arrivo della merce
- analisi dell'attività svolta e del rispetto dei KPI
- condivisione dei KPI con il cliente (soddisfazione del cliente, puntualità, accuratezza delle previsioni, disponibilità dei prodotti)
- implementazione di migliorie legate al processo dell'ordine
- meeting mensili con i clienti per condividere il lavoro svolto

Fondamentale la conoscenza di SAP e di Excel.

Necessario avere dimestichezza con i numeri e analisi dati.

Importante la conoscenza della lingua inglese (un colloquio verrà fatto in lingua).

Completano il profilo buone doti relazionali, proattività e professionalità.
