**MAINTENANCE MANAGER**

**Posizione**:
La figura ricercata avrà la responsabilità di:

- Assicurare il rispetto delle norme in materia di sicurezza, sulla base delle responsabilità assegnate ai sensi delle normative vigenti e delle norme aziendali
- Pianificare gli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria assicurando che possano essere svolti nei tempi e nei modi ottimali
- Partecipare alla pianificazione e gestione dei budget di manutenzione
- Strutturare e gestire le squadre di manutenzione interne e le ditte esterne
- Preparare ed organizzare il lavoro del team misurandosi con i KPI pianificati
- Interfacciarsi con i fornitori dei macchinari, impianti, componenti e servizi per tutto il supporto
- Gestire il magazzino delle parti di ricambio
- Garantire il rispetto delle normative nazionali e aziendali a partire da quelle di sicurezza per la corretta conduzione delle attività di manutenzione

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in ingegneria
- Esperienza nel ruolo e provenienza dal settore hospitality
- Capacità di problem solving e leadership
- Capacità di coordinare un team e di gestire un cantiere vasto
