**Responsibilities**:
- Offers guidance, provides project milestones, communications, and facilitation to the cross-functional team for engineering projects related to new business development and existing design/material change management-
- Manages internal and external supplier relationships to ensure completion of projects and milestones that stay within defined budget- Collects prototype submissions and new launch production documentation from internal and external suppliers- Vets customer prototype and production submissions through the Quality department- Coordinates with Product Engineering, Quality, and Metrology departments during prototype kick-off to determine equipment measurements, techniques, and product layout- Identifies and manages the resolution of deviations from the quote/contract or defined project agreement, while determining risks- Ensures the product is launched on-time, at or under budget, and with consideration to material cost- Serves as primary interface to the customer, with support from the cross-functional team, through providing updates and tracking reports- Communicates variances in project budgets, plans, and schedules with Product Marketing and Management

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience

Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience

Relevant certifications, system experience, and training

Professional-Level English language skills preferred
