The challenge

At Haier Europe we’re looking for an experienced commercial professional who can take the lead in looking after Amazon, one of our most strategic and fastest growing customers. As the number one home appliance brand in the world, we have exciting plans for our business in Europe and are particularly keen to ensure excellent performance with this key customer.

What you will do

In this high-performance position, you’ll leverage all commercial opportunities with Amazon across our Small Domestic Appliance business and European markets. As the Account Lead you’ll ensure central governance is in place to measure our organizational performance. You’ll work with our European countries to ensure we are not only meeting Amazon’s expectations but exceeding them. You’ll be responsible for establishing, supporting and monitoring regional KPIs so you’ll have to build and nurture relationships with relevant key stakeholders across the organisation and externally. Whilst you won’t have direct line management responsibility, it’s imperative that you are an inspiring coach and influencer as you’ll need to ensure that local and national account teams are always aligned with our overall strategic account aims.

What you need to succeed

You’ll have relevant experience working with Amazon or another large Marketplace, ideally steering the European operation. You’ll be able to demonstrate brilliant client and relationship management skills, commercial and business development successes and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization. You’ll be a high-performer who is able to evidence amazing wins and a great track record.
