**Manager, Mill IT Wood Products Baltics**:
Stora Enso is looking for a **Manager, Mill IT Wood Products Baltics**. Your location will be in one of the sawmills: Imavere (Estonia), Launkalne (Latvia), Alytus (Lithuania), belonging to our Wood Products Division.

**Wood Products division** provides versatile wood-based solutions for building and housing. Our product range covers all areas of urban construction including massive wood elements and housing modules, wood components and pellets. We also offer a variety of sawn timber goods. Our customers are mainly construction and joinery companies, merchandisers and retailers. Wood Products operates globally and has more than 20 production units in Europe.

**Manager, Mill IT Wood Products Baltics **works in close co-operation with the units to catch needs, understand development needs and transform these needs or improvements into tasks and development specifications.

**As a Manager, Mill IT Wood Products Baltics, you will be responsible for**:

- ensuring the streamlined operation of the IT department, Mill IT Operations Baltics
- ensuring the operation aligns with the business objectives of the organization
- leading and developing team of employees
- communicating company goals, keeping the team informed & motivated
- performance assessment
- contribution to projects

**Requirements for applicants**:

- good general IT knowledge
- previous managerial experience
- relevant IT education
- ability to work independently as well as part of international team
- self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
- good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- ability to speak and write fluently in English, knowledge of a Baltic language is an advantage
- willingness to travel from time to time
- driving licence B

You will report to Business Information Officer Wood Products.

**Location**: Imavere (Estonia), Launkalne (Latvia), Alytus (Lithuania)
