QUALIFICHE:

- Passione per il nostro marchio orientato alla performance
- Personalità estroversa con eccellenti capacità di comunicazione
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua locale e/o dell'inglese
- Dimostrate doti di collaborazione e capacità di lavorare bene all'interno di un team
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dal ritmo serrato
- Capacità di lavorare con orari flessibili

- Esperienza lavorativa precedente (preferibile, non necessaria), in particolare in un ruolo a contatto con la clientela

**DESCRIZIONE DELLA POSIZIONE**:
L'Addetto alle vendite contribuisce al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e dei KPI del negozio ncarnando i valori del marchio per offrire agli atleti un'esperienza unica quando visitano Under Armour. Questa figura risponde al Direttore di negozio ed è responsabile dell'esecuzione di compiti di routine a supporto delle operazioni del negozio. L'Addetto alle vendite svolge le mansioni dello Specialista di magazzino in assenza di quest'ultimo.

**RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI**:
**Vendite e approccio omni-channel**
- Fornisce agli atleti assistenza diretta per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita e i KPI fissati dal Direttore di negozio
- Risponde alle richieste omni-channel in linea con i processi e le politiche di UA attraverso l'esperienza digitale

**Immagine del marchio ed esperienza del cliente**
- Incarna la cultura del servizio di UA e soddisfa le aspettative dei clienti
- Quando assiste gli atleti trasmette i messaggi del marchio secondo il modello di servizio di UA
- Integra la conoscenza dei prodotti nel processo di vendita partecipando alla formazione

**Operazioni di vendita al dettaglio**
- Mantiene gli standard relativi alla merce e agli allestimenti
- Rispetta le politiche e le procedure di UA
- Si occupa dei processi operativi e di cassa (manuali o automatici) in linea con la formazione
- Rispetta il codice di abbigliamento e le politiche in materia di presenze di Under Armour
- Rispetta gli orari di lavoro come previsto dalla politica in materia di presenze di Under Armour

**Collaborazione con il team/crescita personale**
- Collabora con i teammate per raggiungere gli obiettivi del negozio
- È responsabile del proprio sviluppo personale e coglie al volo le opportunità di crescita per migliorare il proprio rendimento

**QUALIFICHE**:

- Capacità di base di calcolo, lettura e scrittura, ascolto e comunicazione
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua locale
- Abilità nell'uso del computer e di altre tecnologie
- Comprovate capacità collaborative e capacità di lavorare bene all'interno di un team
- Comprovata capacità di lavorare in un ambiente con ritmi veloci e scadenze rigorose

**REQUISITI STANDARD**:

- 0-3 mesi di esperienza in negozi al dettaglio di articoli sportivi/abbigliamento e calzature
- Capacità di lavorare con orari flessibili per soddisfare le esigenze aziendali (inclusi giorni festivi, notti e fine settimana)

**REQUISITI FISICI**:

- Capacità di maneggiare o spostare prodotti fino a 12 kg
- Capacità di muoversi per lunghi periodi di tempo con brevi pause per maneggiare i prodott
