He/She will report to the Regional Sales Manager SouthEurope. As AM you will have to:
Lead and Drive the Italian Sales Team Support the developed market and the existing accounts, mainly for Eclipse, KS, Maxon Brand.Enlarge the base of assigned Customers, according with Honeywell’s criteria and for long term partnership and results.Prospect new sales opportunities for new builds, refurbishments and upgrade projects for CCSDemand Generation activity:
balance your time to Identify potential New Consultants and Specifiers and convert them to long-term customer.Contribute to product sales and projects based on our Connected Services solutionsContribute to product sales, projects sales and post occupancy program sales.Contribute to TIQ strategy and implementation via research efforts and business development Maximize effective use of individual and team time/workload Contribute to regional team sales meetings on a regular basisSecure sign off to all commercial proposals/deals as per Honeywell process.Penetrate the customer vertically and horizontally to build strong active relationships that can be leveraged to gain commitment to the proposed plans.Build and agree Joint Business plans aligned to the customers’ and Honeywell’s objectives and targets - manage and close these plans quarterly with the customer.Make the Account plans and Territory plan a reality. Specifically:
Revenue (AOP target), Opportunities identification,opportunities conversion.Identify gaps early and close quickly to deliver consistent results in line with budget/rolesEnsure all activity, opportunities, plans and strategies are recorded and updated weekly on CRM and build & maintain a healthy and strong pipeline.Meeting company expectations in terms of ”Sales Excellence”Your experience:
Knowledge of Thermal Solution marketKey account management/ - Experience within allocated accounts and Key Account PlanningCommercial management and Strategy development Experience in demand generation by identifying new opportunities in vertical markets, market segments, regions, etc Experience with Value Propositions and selling proposalsStrong Working knowledge of Microsoft Office ProgramsDesirable trained in core Sales Management areas:
customer meeting process, needs creation, negotiation, customer influence and building account plans, customer events, marketing knowledge.Technical skills will be positively evaluated.Use of SFDC/CRM systemYour experience:
