L’opportunità consiste in un full time sotto forma di stage curricolare/extracurricolare della durata di 6 mesi retribuito con 800€ al mese circa + buoni pasto da 7€ al giorno.

What you'll do
- comprenderai e supporterai operativamente le strategie e i piani di change management con l’obiettivo di massimizzare l'adozione di nuovi modi di lavorare riducendo al minimo la resistenza al cambiamentosvolgerai analisi e revisioni dei processi collaborativi dell’azienda cliente.
- supportarai la progettazione, lo sviluppo, l'erogazione e la gestione di programmi di formazione.
- supporterai la progettazione, lo sviluppo, l'erogazione e la gestione dei piani di comunicazione interna.
- misurarai la realizzazione dei benefici, la creazione di valore e il raggiungimento dei risultati attesi dal cambiamento.
