**Il Ruolo**: Key Account Project Manager

**Location** Milano, con disponibilità a muoversi.

**Seniority**: Mid-level, a riporto diretto del Direttore Commerciale.

**Introduzione al Ruolo**:
Come Project & Key Account Manager, avrai il compito cruciale di gestire le relazioni con i nostri clienti chiave e di guidare progetti nel settore dell'edilizia. La tua leadership e la tua capacità di innovare contribuiranno direttamente al nostro successo e alla nostra crescita.

**Responsabilità e attività principali**In Valt, il Project & Key Account Manager assicura la piena soddisfazione del cliente gestendo con eccellenza ogni fase dei progetti B2B. Questo include:

- Pianificazione e coordinamento delle attività di progetto, definendo obiettivi, milestones e budget.
- Sviluppo e gestione delle relazioni con committenti e progettisti per garantire un'efficace collaborazione tra interlocutori a tutti i livelli
- Monitoraggio dell'avanzamento dei progetti, assicurando qualità, compliance, rispetto del budget e delle deadline.
- Valutazione e gestione dei rischi, proponendo soluzioni efficaci.
- Preparazione di offerte personalizzate in base alle esigenze del cliente.
- Supervisione diretta in cantiere e negli hub distributivi.
- Interazione con tutti gli stakeholder di progetto per un costante allineamento.
- Aggiornare costantemente, tramite la produzione di report, il Direttore commerciale sullo stato di avanzamento del progetto, nonché su gestione e risoluzione di eventuali criticità
- Garantire il rispetto dei requisiti e delle normative nell’ambito del progetto

**Chi cerchiamo**
- Hai una laurea preferibilmente ad indirizzo tecnico-ingegneristico o economico, ma si valutano anche altri profili con esperienza
- Hai esperienza di almeno 3-4 anni nel ruolo di Project Manager, nello specifico nel settore real estate, manufacturing o affini
- Hai un forte orientamento alla soddisfazione del cliente
- Hai spiccate doti relazionali, decisionali e negoziali
- Sei orientato/a alla risoluzione di criticità e problemi
- È un plus la conoscenza della lingua inglese e esperienza in ambito sales.
