Il nostro Cliente, importante realtà italiana operante nel settore Packaging, per uno dei suoi stabilimenti, ci ha incaricati di ricercare un/una Key Account Manager.

**Posizione**:
La risorsa, a diretto riporto della Direzione Commerciale, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Gestire e far crescere i clienti esistenti;
- Esplorare nuove opportunità di business a livello Nazionale, in relazione diretta con le divisioni Marketing dei diversi clienti;
- Sviluppare attività commerciale nei confronti dei key clients, nel perimetro degli obiettivi assegnati dalla Direzione Commerciale;
- Analizzare i dati di vendita individuando strategie per la condivisione e la realizzazione dei KPI;
- Produrre report periodici in ordine alle attività e agli obiettivi.

**Requisiti**:

- Possesso del titolo di laurea;
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza maturata in ruoli di Key Account Manager e/o Area Manager all'interno di contesti GDO e Retail;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di negoziazione;
- La conoscenza dei prodotti cartotecnici e del mercato di riferimento è considerata un plus;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità a trasferte periodiche sul territorio.

Completano il profilo l’attitudine al problem solving, ottime capacità di negoziazione, organizzazione e di gestione del tempo.
