Join Our Team as a Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Milan. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing business relationships with large retailers in the GDO, DO, and Food Retailer sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with Large Retailers Food (GDO, DO, and Food Retailer) to achieve shared profitability goals with the Network Direction.
  • Contribute to consolidating business relationships with Large Retailers Food and promoting the development of collaboration projects and new revenue growth opportunities in the medium to long term.
  • Ensure business growth by promoting and integrating different channels of service acceptance in line with the strong push towards digitalization in accordance with company processes and flows.
  • Promote new business models to support profitable growth in the medium to long term, consistent with the Fast Forward three-year strategic plan.
  • Contribute to expanding and consolidating relationships with Key Stakeholders of Large Retailers Food to promote knowledge of the Edenred Group and the evolution of the services offered.
  • Participate in the development of the network, where provided, to respond to public and private tender notices in close collaboration with the Tender Office and the involved Commercial Directions.
  • Collaborate with all Cross-functional Teams to actively contribute to the improvement and development of processes, the renewal of service proposals, and the launch of new solutions.
  • Analyze periodically the advancement of assigned objectives towards the budget, signaling any corrective actions in case of deviations and actively managing the assigned Merchant portfolio.
  • Engage in open and collaborative dialogue with all members of the Network Direction to promote the constant evolution of the function and relationships with all internal BU.
Requirements:
  • At least 3/4 years of experience as a Key Account/Field Account in the GDO/DO/GD/Food Retailers sector.
  • A strong orientation towards objectives and a willingness to take on challenges in a stimulating and multinational environment.
  • A significant experience in managing direct negotiations with GDO/DO/Food Retailer clients in multinational companies in the Large Consumption sector (Food/Non-Food) will be considered a title of preference.
Working Conditions:
  • Location: Milan.
  • Contract: Indeterminate.
  • Salary: commensurate with experience.
