Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Large Retailers Food (GDO, DO, and Food Retailer) to achieve shared profitability goals.
- Contribute to consolidating business relationships and promoting collaboration projects to drive revenue growth and competitiveness.
- Ensure business growth by promoting and integrating various channels for service acceptance, aligned with our digitalization strategy.
- Promote new business models to support profitable growth in the medium to long term, consistent with our Fast Forward triennial strategic plan.
- Expand and consolidate relationships with Key Stakeholders of Large Retailers Food to promote knowledge of the Edenred Group and the evolution of the service package offered.
- Participate in the development of the network, where required, to respond to public and private tender calls in collaboration with the Tender Office and involved Commercial Departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to actively contribute to process improvement, service proposal renewal, and new solution launch.
- Analyze periodic progress towards assigned objectives, reporting any corrective actions in case of deviations and actively managing the assigned Merchant portfolio.
- Engage in open and collaborative discussions with all members of the Network Direction to promote the constant evolution of the function and relationships with all internal BU.
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a Key Account/Field Account in the GDO/DO/GD/Food Retailers sector.
- Strong goal-oriented mindset and willingness to take on challenges in a stimulating and multinational environment.
- Significant experience in managing direct negotiations with GDO/DO/Food Retailer clients in multinational companies of the Large Consumption sector (Food/Non-Food) is a preferred title.
