Per Lovati&Associati S.R.L, importante agenzia specializzata in viaggi, eventi e comunicazione, cerchiamo un professionista con esperienza nel settore B2B per ricoprire il ruolo di Key Account Manager.

La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare e gestire un portfolio di clienti nazionali, con attività di sviluppo e acquisizione di nuovi clienti B2B nel settore eventi (road show, convention aziendali, congressi, meeting, incentive, ecc.).

Attività previste:

  • Gestione e sviluppo del business attraverso l'acquisizione e la supervisione di progetti.
  • Cross selling sul portafoglio clienti acquisito, proponendo i diversi servizi gestiti dalla società.
  • Gestione e supporto al cliente durante l'intero processo del progetto.
  • Supervisione delle attività di progetto e coordinamento della comunicazione tra team interno e cliente.
  • Responsabilità di budget dei progetti gestiti e della relativa marginalità.

Requisiti:

  • Consolidata esperienza in ruoli commerciali maturata nel settore dell'organizzazione eventi / comunicazione / convention B2B per grandi gruppi.
  • Gestione di un portafoglio clienti esistente e di un importante network B2B.
  • Conoscenza del territorio e target aziendale di riferimento a livello nazionale.
  • Preferibile esperienza con società scientifiche e opinion leader.

Completano il profilo: attitudine commerciale, orientamento al cliente, gestione di progetto, ottime doti di relazione, comunicazione, organizzazione e flessibilità.

Sede di lavoro: il Key Account Manager lavorerà 3 giorni alla settimana in modalità home-based e due presso gli uffici aziendali di Milano.

Si offre: contratto di assunzione diretto con l'azienda con retribuzione allineata all'esperienza maturata.
