BID MANAGER JUNIOR CON INGLESE
Bid Management is established with the main aim of improving the tendering process and proposals preparation efficiently and effectively and support the Sales Managers to focus on strategical value creation activities during offer preparation.
Bid Manager actively &
pro-actively pursuits the above mission by supporting Sales Managers and collaborating with Functions to achieve a smooth preparation and delivery of the bid/s.
**Main Responsibilities and activities**:
- Support Sales Manager in analyzing the Client needs and requirements to deliver bid
- Collect and Check Bid Deliverables from Functions
- Sharepoint archive management
- Support to prepare Business &
Client Presentations &
Reports
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Time management/Result oriented;
- Good writing and communication skills;
- Pro-active and collaborative;
**Offer**:
Fixed-term contract of 3 months with the possibility of extension
RAL 21.7k + tickets restaurant
