We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. To us, an HR Manager is a go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.The job of HR Manager is important to business success. Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of a complete HR Manager job description and specification.

**Responsibilities**- Design, execute and lead People Strategy consistently with the overall Walliance group Industrial Plan- Design the Organizational Model and Hiring Plan across different functional areas, business lines, and geographies- Ensure that Corporate Values consistently and continuously permeate the whole organization across different functional areas, business lines, and geographies- Constantly monitor Walliance well-being and implement potential remediation initiatives- Manage, coordinate and lead the HR team constantly reviewing the People Service Model to ensure that business needs are effectively and efficiently addressed- Lead and constantly adapt Talent Acquisition Strategy to ensure that new team members are effectively and efficiently selected and hired- Lead and constantly review Employer Branding Strategy- Execute and iteratively re-engineer Walliance Performance- Management processes to ensure an exceptional professional career development of all team members- Design and implement ad-hoc development plans with a focus on managerial roles- Plan, monitor and control the HR Budget- Select and coordinate HR-specific external stakeholders, with a specific focus on HR Admin- Manage and coordinate HR payroll and other related processes across all covered geographical areas in coordination with external professionals- Ensure proper labor law diligence and compliance with the support of external professionals

**Your Profile and Mindset**- Problem-solving attitude and solution-oriented approach- Ability to multi-task and take responsibility in stressful situations- Ability to work independently, with an ambition to contribute to the project and improve existing processes- Hungry to change the world starting from changing the real estate experience- Interested in Fintech and alternative investments with a focus on Italian and EU markets

**Job benefits**- Full-time salary 50-65k RAL range- Top-class equipment incl. French and/or Spanish is a plus
