Importante Azienda, Divisione Permanent Placement, per azienda leader nel settore della progettazione, costruzione ed installazione di impianti industriali per l'industria cartaria - settore converting, ricerca e seleziona:
Production specialist ? specialista di produzione

Ruolo:
La figura professionale richiesta riporterà direttamente al Capo Commessa di Produzione e dopo un periodo di formazione ed affiancamento, sarà chiamata a svolgere le seguenti attività:
- Pianificazione, organizzazione e coordinamento delle operazioni produttive programmate, garantendone la qualità, nei tempi e rispetto ai costi stabiliti
- Controllo dello stato di pulizia e ordine del reparto
- Identificazione, con la collaborazione dei responsabili di reparto di cui ne è responsabile, delle risorse necessarie per il completamento del progetto, pianificando e coordinando le loro attività per tutta la durata dello stesso
- Controllo del rispetto delle norme ambientali e di sicurezza da parte del personale di produzione
- Controllo di tutti i costi relativi al progetto/commessa
- Gestione delle eventuali problematiche che possono verificarsi durante l'avanzamento della commessa
- Inserimento in distinta delle macchine

Requisiti:

- Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo meccanico, gestionale o altro titolo di studio affine
- Gradita esperienza pregressa maturata in posizioni professionali analoghe
- Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi informatici (Intero Pacchetto Office, Posta elettronica, Internet, Ambiente AS400)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

- Ottima conoscenza della normativa in tema di ambiente/salute e sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro

- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte estere
- Problem solving, proattività, flessibilità, team working, autonomia, ottime capacità comunicative, forte orientamento al cliente e al risultatoOfferta:

Il CCNL applicato è il metalmeccanico-industria, con inquadramento e retribuzione da valutare in funzione dell'esperienza pregressa. Sono inoltre previsti interessanti indennità e premi, oltre ad un incentivante pacchetto di integrativi aziendali.

full time, dal lunedì al venerdì
