- ** Your Role**:

- We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic **Sales Area Manager** to drive the growth of our Sustainability Product Portfolio in Italy and other key markets across Western Europe. As a crucial member of our team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager for Western Europe, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new market opportunities, building meaningful customer relationships, and delivering innovative, customer-centric sustainability solutions.
- ** Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand TÜV SÜD s Sustainability services in Italy and across Western Europe.
- Drive business development by identifying, engaging, converting potential clients, and building strong long-term relationships.
- Take full commercial responsibility for our sustainability offerings, overseeing project management for key accounts.
- Provide market insights to help drive the development of our global sustainability product portfolio.
- Forge strategic partnerships with external stakeholders including government bodies, research institutes, and industry partners.
- Act as a key contributor to sustainability knowledge within the business, conducting training sessions and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of market needs.
- ** Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business, or related fields.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales within the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry, preferably with exposure to sustainability.
- Proven success in surpassing sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a collaborative, innovative approach.
- Fluent in Italian and English; other European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%).
