CSO Corporate Security is responsible for both the physical security of premises and the security of people in the Deutsche Bank area. To this end, we manage our security-specific processes and infrastructure, are responsible for issues relating to operational/physical security, travel security and occupational safety, identify particularly dangerous situations and provide advice and support throughout the Group in all security-related matters.

As part of our security manager team, you are the one of the contact persons for security issues for all business areas of the bank as well as for our external partners for the locations in your span of control. You support the design, further development and implementation of security standards for office buildings and branches and control the service providers with regard to quality assurance and cost optimization. You will also support our regional team in other security-related topics as well as with smaller or nationwide roll-outs, project and initiatives.

**Tasks Description**
- Responsible for all security issues for Deutsche Bank locations in the respective regional area of responsibility, you are one of the contact persons for the DB business and infrastructure areas as well as for the CSO management
- Risk assessments - project support - design, implementation and testing of security concepts and processes of the Deutsche Bank location and branch portfolio in Italy - implementing policies, standards and regulatory requirements including the analysis and quality assurance of security checks (such as branch inspections / security surveys).
- Control and quality assurance of Tier 1 vendors and security service providers, as well as interface to insurance and authorities (e.g. police and other security authorities)
- Optimization of operational processes and identification of synergy potential considering security requirements and cost discipline
- Close cooperation with regional Corporate Security team

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong crisis or incident management skills and experiences
- Analytical thinking combined with high communication and team skills
- Advantage: Technical (network) and/or project management experiences
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English
- Confident handling of MS Office required
