Il nostro cliente è una realtà multinazionale operante nel settore dei dispositivi di protezione individuale per il mercato industriale e sanitario.

In ottica di potenziamento della struttura commerciale italiana, siamo stati incaricati di ricercare un Territory Sales Manger - Centro|Sud.Il tuo nuovo ruolo

A diretto riporto del Sales Manager Italy & Greece, la risorsa sarà principalmente responsabile della promozione e della vendita dei prodotti e dei servizi aziendali all'interno del territorio assegnato, utilizzando sia l'utente finale che la rete di distributori per agevolare le vendite.

Insieme al Regional Sales Manager, si occuperà di formulare mensilmente piani e obiettivi di vendita e di conversione e di realizzarli sul territorio, registrando tutti i dati rilevanti raccolti nel sistema CRM Sales Force. Monitorerà le attività della concorrenza sul mercato e nei canali distributivi, sviluppando strategie adeguate per affrontare la situazione.

In collaborazione con il National Account Manager, si occuperà di monitorare le prestazioni e di mantenere i contatti con i distributori presenti sul territorio, supervisionando e formando il personale dei distributori relativamente alle conoscenze e procedure specifiche aziendali.

La risorsa condurrà regolarmente riunionidi vendita con distributori e utenti finali per tenerli informati sui nuovi sviluppi in termini di strategia, prodotti e politiche interne. Trasmetterà loro i programmi di marketing e di vendita aziendali, assicurandosi che siano seguiti sul campo.

Si interfaccerà costantemente con i colleghi per condividere informazioni di mercato e per ottimizzare l'efficienza delle vendite, costruendo e mantenendo solide relazioni con gli stakeholder interni ed esterni, per esempio in occasione di fiere e congressi di settore.Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo
