Job Title: Territory Manager Italy Centre & South
Reports to: Sales Manager South EU
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
We are looking for a Territory Manager to cover the Center and the South of Italy.
Responsibilities
Increase Trek's share for the territory and enhance Trek's brand position.
Develop and execute in-market plans, from adding (partner) dealers to store takeovers.
Develop and execute in-store plans, from stocking new ranges to remodeling of stores.
Develop sales strategy in cooperation with the core team and keep dealers informed.
Conduct market research to understand the competitive environment.
Work closely with marketing on marketing plans, communications via email, web, POP, and B2B.
Increase business knowledge at our dealer base, acting as a trusted business consultant.
Work with Sales Manager in setting overall targets and splitting those per territory.
Report on sales numbers and stimulate use of sales reporting tools.
Monitor stock position and initiate sales promotions to close out products in time.
Work with credit management regarding credit risks.
Participate in "Win the Season" Events with dealers.
Visit dealers - 75% travel required.
