Busalla, Albenga, Savona, Chiavari e Spezia) e in Piemonte (Alessandria e Biella), con un modello fortemente innovativo di sanità privata, ricerca:

- **HR Medical Staff - Recruiting Specialist**_

La figura entrerà a far parte di un team giovane ed in continua crescita, all’interno del quale seguirà il processo di selezione e gestione contrattuale del personale medico.
- In particolare svolgerà le seguenti attività:_
- Valutazione tecnico organizzativa del Poliambulatorio con la Direzione per l’avvio della selezione e l’identificazione dello staff medico necessario;
- Reclutamento e selezione personale medico;
- Consolidamento dei rapporti con l’equipe sanitaria e report periodico del personale inserito

Requisiti minimi fondamentali:

- Diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado/Laurea di primo livello in ambito economico/farmaceutico/sanitario;
- Esperienza di circa 3/5 anni nel ruolo maturata all’interno di aziende Sanitarie strutturate;
- Esperienza nel settore farmaceutico e/o elettromedicale - sales representative nei settori indicati;
- Conoscenza della normativa di gestione contrattuale del rapporto di lavoro, anche in libera professione;
- Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici;
- Ottime doti relazionali, comunicative, commerciali e predisposizione al lavoro in team
